Nortek Security & Control appoints Julio Rodriguez to its distribution sales team

Nortek Security & Control LLC (NSC) has announced the appointment of Julio Rodriguez as Distribution Sales Manager to provide ongoing support of NSC’s current distribution partners. Rodriguez reports directly to Senior Director of Distribution Sales Peter Scholovich, who joined NSC in the fall of 2018.
“Julio is a strategic thinker with extensive sales leadership experience and the proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships in the security industry,” Scholovich said today. “He is already elevating the top-tier support to our distribution partners that Nortek Security & Control is known for.”
Rodriguez joins Nortek Security & Control from UTC Security, where he served as the Vice President of National Accounts, and most recently, the Vice President of Commercial Sales. Prior to that, Rodriguez served as a Corporate Auditor and Commercial Finance Manager at GE Security, and as a Program Engineer at GE Aviation. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Florida; a Master of Science from University of Cincinnati; and an Executive MBA from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
