- Dedication and Commitment: Displays an exceptional work ethic and long-term commitment to their role. Consistently performs duties with excellence, even in the face of adversity, demonstrating reliability, resilience, and passion for the profession.
- Recognition and Endorsements: Supported by client, colleague, or public testimonials, internal commendations, or third-party endorsements that validate the nominee’s positive influence and achievements.
- Presentation: Clarity, coherence, and impactful representation of the entry.
