SCATI will be present at Intersec Dubai

SCATI consolidates its presence in the Persian Gulf market with its participation at Intersec Dubai. This event, considered the most relevant in the area and visited by more than 25,000 professionals, will take place from the 18th until 20th January.

The Spanish company SCATI, specialized in complete IP video solutions for control and protection of resources in all types of security installations, consolidates its presence in the area. SCATI will be showcasing its latest products on stand S1-A30.
SCATI’s stand will feature the latest functionalities of its CCTV platform and will take this opportunity to launch its new products: SCATI LINKER and KRAKEN HA.

SCATI LINKER is the solution for video distribution in real time. LINKER groups and centralises multiple video requests from control centre applications into a single request to video recorders connected over bandwidth-limited networks such as 3G, Wi-Fi, etc. Similarly there is also just a single video transmission back to the LINKER at the control centre, thereby minimising overall bandwidth consumption. The solution is ideal for the comprehensive management of thousands of on-board video recorders in vehicle fleets such as patrols, buses…etc. and in bank agencies and ATMs; installations that have limited bandwidth and where multiple operators need to display real-time video without collapsing the network.

Moreover, SCATI LINKER enables automatic downloads of stored video from distributed NVRs to a centralised storage platform (KRAKEN), either over Wi-Fi and/or at off-peak times (e.g. at night)
Furthermore, SCATI will show the latest development in KRAKEN, the professional mass recording platform designed for large security projects that require efficient management of high-density video data with maximum reliability and availability.

KRAKEN is a scalable solution consisting of groups of powerful recording servers with up to 512 cameras and stackable cabinets for external video storage. KRAKEN represents the new trend in large security projects by providing maximum performance and reliability along with significant cost reduction due to the lower number of devices required, along with savings in energy, space and maintenance. KRAKEN’s versatile and flexible architecture brings Big Data to the world of security video recording.

Thanks to these developments and many more, SCATI expects consolidate its presence in the EMEA market as a leading supplier for large security projects in 2015.

The sales team will attend security sector professionals at stand S1-A30 during the trade fair. Feel free to contact [email protected] to schedule an appointment during the show.
