Snap One secures four awards

Snap One is honoured to announce they have recently received awards in four categories for the SSI Stellar Service Awards. Snap One won Bronze in the Best Shipping Policies category, and three Bronze distributor awards across Technical Support, Training Programs, and Dealer Program/Incentives. 

This was Snap One’s first year placing in these awards that recognise services, not products, that are integral to dealers and integrators. These accolades are awarded based on an open-ended survey that integrators in the security market take and are especially meaningful to Snap One due to the number of Partners they serve in the market compared to some of the larger security-specific distributors. 

“Our primary focus is on helping our Partners get the products they need as soon as possible. Despite the ongoing challenges impacting businesses everywhere, we continue to see ourselves as a part of each Partner’s business with a goal of making operations less stressful and, ultimately, more profitable,” said Nathan Porter, Senior Vice President, Operations at Snap One. “This year, we’re very excited to see that our hard work has been recognised through these awards.”

With more training centres than any other CI distributor in the United States, Snap One is dedicated to providing significant advantages, education and support to their Partners. The regularly offered training events and programs on the latest products and technology help Partners and their teams stay knowledgeable and up-to-date. This in turn, helps with all aspects of Partner business from better customer service and technical support to offering the latest products and solutions. 

As a testament to their continued effort to provide Partners the most-rewarding and efficient experience, Snap One launched a consolidated Partner Rewards program that awards points for every purchase online and in local Snap One Partner stores. 

“Our Partner Rewards Program was created to benefit all Snap One Partners, no matter what or where they purchase. We consolidated to a points-based model, making it easier to track progress and earn points on both Snap One-manufactured products and distributed products,” added Janyl Mann, Vice President, Loyalty and Marketing Operations at Snap One. “This program is truly focused on the Partner, which is why we also added several new benefits to help them add value to their business and grow as a company.”
