Whilst at IFSEC, we spoke to Takex, the leading manufacturer of security and industrial sensors, specialising in active infrared beams for perimeter protection, and outdoor PIR for CCTV activation and intruder detection.
Products that Takex were showcasing included their MS-12 Dual-Zone system, which reduces false alarms for reliable outdoor detection, and their new Pr-30BE near infrared beam interruption system, which uses Time of Flight technology to determine detecting distance with unprecedented accuracy by measuring both light reception level and timing.
