Unipart Security Solutions Ltd can claim that its new Monitoring and Response Centre is now truly open for business with the news that it has achieved NSI Gold Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC) accreditation.

In addition to intruder, fire and CCTV system monitoring, the new facility in Oxford is able to provide a wide range of other monitoring services including asset and vehicle tracking, lone worker protection, manned security management and a 24 hour support desk.

“We are naturally delighted that our new Monitoring and Response Centre has been awarded NSI Gold accreditation,” said Andy Perry, Director of Unipart Security’s Electronic Solutions division. “We are understandably extremely proud of our superb new facility which equips all our operators to monitor any of our client’s premises, and if necessary deal with any incident, regardless of whether the system at the protected premises is analogue or IP network based.”

The Monitoring and Response Centre is staffed by highly trained operators all of whom share a passion for security and share a unique way of working – The Unipart Way – which engages staff in working towards world-class performance and embeds a culture of continuous improvement.

“Unipart Security’s philosophy of looking for continual improvement in the way we service each and every contract is key to what distinguishes us from other ARCs and RVRC’s offering similar services,” said Les Ramsden, Sales Manager for the Monitoring and Response Centre. “We all know, for example,  that false alarms can potentially be a problem for any site but it is the way we proactively deal with these kind of issues, using  creative problem solving processes and visual management techniques which allows us to offer the very highest levels of service.”

The new Monitoring and Response Centre replaces an older facility located at the Unipart Group’s head office which was set up five years ago to provide monitoring services just for the Group’s sites. “NSI Gold accreditation, combined with the experience and knowledge we have acquired over the last five years, places us in a very strong position to be the first choice for clients looking for a dependable one-stop-shop for all their monitoring requirements,” added Les.

Background Information: Part of the Unipart Group and equipped with over twenty years of experience and expertise, Unipart Security Solutions has expanded its operation beyond its existing logistics clients. It now offers the same level and range of solutions in the wider market, enabling clients who have not previously had the opportunity, to profit from the benefits of Security – The Unipart Way.

Mobile phone manufacturers, well known high street stores and major online retailers are among a fast growing list of clients who are provided with a range of services which includes consultancy and risk reduction, fraud detection and investigative services, remote alarm and CCTV monitoring and manned security.
