Who’s Who – Paxton

Paxton, manufacturer of smart access control systems presents how Paxton can help you grow your security business

With nearly 40 years of experience, Paxton designs and manufactures simple-to-install and -use smart access control systems and security products. All their products come with a 5-year guarantee and hassle-free returns policy. They also offer free installer training and technical support, ensuring their customers enjoy the best possible experience at every stage.

Adam Stroud, Paxton’s CEO, said: “Aspiring for innovative products and world-class customer service is part of our DNA at Paxton. As a company, we are determined and passionate about what we do.

Simple-To-Install, Simple-To-Use Access Control

Paxton offers two main access control systems, Net2 and Paxton10. Net2 is their flagship PC-based access control system, which offers centralised administration and the control of multiple sites. Its wide range of features, including high security and energy saving and fire and intruder alarm integrations, make Net2 the perfect solution to simple building management.

Paxton10 provides next generation access control and video management on a single platform. The combined solution on a unified platform is undeniably useful. Paxton10 allows system administrators to see events and video footage in one place, simplifying site management and security.

Paxton’s two other award-winning products are Entry, a door entry system, and PaxLock, wireless door handles. Their Entry system comprises only three simple components, external panel, door control unit and internal monitor, providing a true plug-and-play solution for door entry needs.

PaxLock is designed to be compatible with any DIN standard lock for a quick and simple installation. Both Entry and PaxLock work standalone or as part of the Net2 or Paxton10 systems, meaning they suit for a variety of sites.

Upskill With World-Class Product Training and Customer Support

Supporting Customers is not only about selling quality products, but also being available before and after-sale for guidance and support. Paxton offers free installer training in person and online, ensuring security installers have the knowledge they need to install and use Paxton’s innovative products with confidence. Paxton’s dedicated installer training centre is located in the Paxton Technology Centre in their Brighton head offices. Trainers can also be arranged to travel to customers’ premises.

Paxton have an award-winning Technical Support team that is available six days a week, allowing their customers to reach Paxton at their most convenient time around their installations.

Andy Edwards, Technical Support Manager at Paxton, said: “No matter how much we grow, we want to keep it feeling personal at Paxton, so there is no script to follow, and no automated service with Paxton’s support team. We set a goal of answering a call within ten seconds and regardless of the enquiry our customers will get through to someone who can help.”

Join Paxton Rewards & Enhance Your Business

Paxton are rewarding their installers with a new installer loyalty programme, Paxton Rewards. Embedded in the Paxton Installer app, the Paxton Rewards programme allows installers to earn points for buying Paxton products, attending training, and completing other activities. From Paxton Partner to Platinum, installers can receive benefits including elevated listing on Paxton’s website and Partner badges. They can also redeem points for Paxton products, branded merchandise, and Amazon vouchers.

Gareth O’Hara, Paxton’s Chief Sales Officer, said: “For the first time, installers can exchange points for Paxton products. This can add value to their customers and create a commercial advantage. We are keen to work closely with our installers and not only reward them with a programme for the products they buy, but also help them to develop new business by leveraging the Paxton brand themselves.”
