Euralarm Annual Report: ‘Key to a safe and secure future’

euralarm annual reportEuralarm present its first Annual Report. The report covers the activities of Euralarm during the last year and gives an outlook on the future activities. All articles revolve around the slogan: ‘Key to a safe and secure future’.

During the past two years, Euralarm has extended its, purely regulatory activities, to lobbying and communication in Europe and worldwide. Due to this switch, Euralarm is now an acknowledged expert in fire safety, security and the related services. The outlook and priorities for the future are discussed by Marc Chabaud, president of the organization.

In addition to the strategic remarks of the president, every section and technical committee summarizes their activities in the previous year and provides their forecasts and plans for the upcoming years. There is a focus on integration within the security industry, the need for domestic fire safety and the effort to raise awareness of necessary skills.

Furthermore, there is an in-depth description of the PEARS project, which is currently one of the major projects of Euralarm. The report is completed with an introduction of the Board members, the General Management as well as a list of the members.

The Annual Report 2013/2014 was presented during the General Assembly of Euralarm in Juan les Pins (France). It will also be published on the website www.euralarm.org and can be ordered via the Euralarm secretariat at the email address [email protected].
