Having recently joined CCTVdirect as Finance Director, Richard Worswick has wasted no time in making some major changes to support the unprecedented growth at CCTVdirect.
Richard’s first move was to strengthen his own finance team with an additional Book Keeper, Lee Lomax. Lee will report directly to existing Finance Manager Eileen Savage and will take care of new accounts, sales ledger and cash collection.
Richard commented, “The first few months have been really exciting, I had a good understanding of the business before I joined but what I found once I got here was beyond my expectations. Everyone in the team is professional but the business as a whole holds firm on a friendly family feel throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone to help me settle in and this is clearly an ethos that is driven internally and externally with its diverse customer base. What’s impressed me the most is the efficiency of the systems and genuine will to help every single customer.
