Teleste launches S-EASI, a market-ready solution

Designed for multi-site networked systems with 100-300 cameras, S-EASI provides a simple, powerful and cost-efficient entry to video surveillance for customers who are looking for a solution that scales up to their evolving needs.

S-EASI is the new member of Teleste’s Video Security solutions designed for the needs of a variety of medium-sized security applications within e.g. critical infrastructure, enterprise and public sectors. The built-in connectivity to S-VMX umbrella VMS offers federation of multiple standalone S-EASI units into networked system. The system is ideal for customers who are looking for a fast and cost-efficient entry-level solution for their video surveillance needs and wish to maintain the value of their investment by ensuring future scalability.

S-EASI is designed for monitoring, recording, storage and analysis of video. The system comes with a hardware unit pre-installed with S-EASI software. It takes only 10 minutes of configuration and the system applies itself to any IP network. The built-in PoE switch and auto-discovery wizard takes care of connecting all necessary hardware such as cameras or encoders. Compliancy with ONVIF™ and PSIA standards guarantees high availability of cameras and encoders in the market, and allows you to choose the devices according to your own needs.

To secure your investment, the migration path to an Enterprise Class solution comes at no additional hardware cost, since you can interconnect multiple independent S-EASI units into an S-VMX umbrella system. Alternatively the S-EASI unit can be converted into a full featured S-VMX unit by simple transfer license. S-VMX video management system is designed for large-scale deployments with unlimited number of sites, cameras and users. It’s as easy as it gets!

S-EASI has been designed for high usability and easy operation also for the daily user. Its language support covers more than 20 languages, and it offers a user-friendly, intuitive user interface as well as remote access via all common web browsers and mobile devices. S-EASI mobile applications for Android and IOS will be available from Google Play and the App Store in July 2016.
