Established home improvement brand launches into security market

A well-established home improvement lead provider has launched into the security market following strong demand from installers operating in this sector.

Leads2trade is expanding its service into the home security market following ten years of growth and success in sectors such as glass and glazing, renewable energy and heating and plumbing.

Leads2trade employ thirty staff and is headquartered in Stockport. The firm officially launched into the sector at IFSEC in June and is only working with SSAIB or NSI accredited businesses.

Leads2trade has a huge membership base of the UK’s leading home improvement companies and in 2015 its members generated 10 Million worth of new business, thanks to the leads passed on to them.

To date they have also processed 122,794 enquiries for quotation / survey requests in 2016 for consumers looking to carry out home improvements.

Andy Royle is Director at Leads2trade and says that they are currently generating hundreds of leads from home and business owners looking to install security alarms and associated products on their properties.

He comments:

“We’ve launched into the home security market following a year of planning, research and investment, which has shown us we can expect huge lead volumes thanks to our network of websites capturing consumer searches. We are now collating leads for property owners looking to install alarm and CCTV systems and we’re calling on security installers to join our network and benefit from this service.”

Leads2trade’s service is simple. Property and business owners will search for alarm and CCTV quotes online and then click one of the businesses’ highly ranked websites.

A member of the team then calls the homeowner or business owner to double qualify the lead against set criteria. Only after this process is completed is the lead considered qualified and passed onto members of our Trusted Local Supplier Network, in real-time via email or text.

Only 4 out of 10 enquiries will make it to the installer but each one is a genuine lead ready to be surveyed and converted into a sale.

Leads2trade also operate a Hot Key service which allows the Leads2trade call centre team to directly transfer the consumer on the other end of the line to the installer in that postcode area.

Andy says he is excited to be working in the thriving home security industry. He comments:

“We’ve had huge success over the last ten years and are a leading brand in the home improvement industry. We only deal with inbound enquiries from people looking for quotations and our members are growing year on year; and we are working with businesses of all sizes.”
