GJD invites security installers to its engineer training workshops

Leading British manufacturer of advanced presence detection, LED illuminators and security lighting systems, GJD is inviting engineers to sign up to its engineer training workshops which have been designed to provide specific product training and knowledge to security installers.

The engineer workshops, which are due to take place at GJD’s HQ in Heywood, Greater Manchester between 9:30am to 11:30am on 22nd February, are free to attend and deliver in-house product training, installation tips and technical support. The agenda includes live interactive GJD product demos, product and new technology showcase as well as a guided tour of the GJD factory. Complimentary breakfast, tea and coffee is available throughout the sessions.

Attendees work in small teams learning about GJD’s innovative product technology, how GJD security equipment interacts with other technologies and the benefits of different product integrations.

Ana Maria Sagra-Smith, GJD’s Sales and Marketing Director commented: “GJD takes great pride in developing new innovative designs; utilising the latest technology and implementing state-of-the art manufacturing techniques, which ensure our respected position within the industry.”

Ana continued to say: “We are really committed to making sure our entire product range performs efficiently. We have found that by working closely with our installers and providing invaluable training sessions, products are correctly installed first time, which reduces nuisance alarms and saves time and costs for both the installer and end-user.”

GJD’s professional technical team are trained to support installers, specifiers and consultants to ensure the right detectors and LED illuminators are selected to suit different applications. The Engineer Workshops provide important product knowledge, which is key to making certain the security solution specified for the end-user is completely effective.
