i-PRO recently launched 20 new models of high-zoom bullet cameras. Equipped with powerful zoom and IR LED technologies, the new cameras offer unmatched precision for long-distance monitoring across various environments, such as highways, parking lots, bridges, ports, and stadiums. Available in 2MP, 5MP, and 4K resolutions, the new lineup includes 10x and 30x zoom options, complemented by industry-leading long-range (up to 250m) infrared (IR) LED capabilities for optimal performance in low-light or nighttime conditions.
The camera line also includes four license plate recognition (LPR)-optimized models for capturing plates at high speeds (up to 130 km/h) during the day or night. They also have an advanced Long Wavelength Pass Filter (LPF) that enhances plate capture in various lighting conditions, such as reducing glare from vehicle headlights at night, ensuring high accuracy even in challenging lighting conditions.
This superior performance is complemented by an Ambarella-powered (CV52) AI SoC that allows operators to install up to nine individual AI applications, enabling enhanced object detection, AI on-site learning, and smarter incident detection in all conditions.
The AI on-site learning feature allows the cameras to easily be trained to recognize unique objects that end users wish to monitor and track, allowing them to seamlessly transition from wide-angle monitoring to zooming in on areas of interest. All of this is done automatically, triggered by AI detection of people or vehicles, with no operator intervention required. For example, a camera monitoring a street can automatically zoom in on a vehicle stopped at a gate, capture and log the license plate, and then return to a wide-angle view completely autonomously. This type of automation is key to ensuring security and operations always have the best possible images of events and flow of people and assets in and around a facility.
The camera line’s AI capabilities are so powerful that a single i-PRO camera can add AI analytics to THREE additional non-AI camera streams – even cameras from other manufacturers.
