STM Group has been awarded the Outstanding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative at the 2023 Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs). The event, held on February 23rd at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, recognized excellence in security and was attended by over 500 professionals from the industry.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative award is presented to companies that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to EDI that has improved their security position. STM Group was recognized for their ‘One Team Philosophy,’ which believes that equality, diversity, inclusivity, and belonging (EDIB) are the most powerful forces in the workplace. This award follows STM Group’s previous recognition as Diversity & Inclusion Champion of the Year at the Security & Fire Excellence Awards 2022.
