WLS wins second project with mystery celeb

Fire and security specialist, WLS, has joined the ranks of celebrity A-listers after picking up a second project with a sought-after star of small screen dramas and Hollywood blockbusters.
The company has recently carried out installation of a CCTV system for the star’s London home and has also been awarded the maintenance contract for the intruder alarm at this property. The actor has been so impressed with the WLS team and the company’s efficient, discreet approach to getting the job done that he has now also brought them in to carry out work on his country retreat.
Comments Jeremy Ewen, managing director of WLS: “We are known for our work in schools and commercial buildings but the brief from this celebrity is typical of the work we regularly do for private individuals to secure their homes and ensure that their property, family and privacy are all well-protected.
“The team would love to take selfies with the client on this job but our discretion is part of our commitment to making his world safer so it’s a closely guarded secret – even people on the WLS team that haven’t been involved in the project don’t know who it is; though they do love having a guess!”
The security installation at the celebrity’s country home is part of a wider refurbishment and will include the installation of CCTV, access control, door entry systems and an alarmed perimeter, alerting the system to any unauthorised breach of the grounds. WLS will be responsible for all installation and integration of the varied elements, giving the celebrity complete peace of mind.
Jeremy adds: “One of our areas of expertise is in ensuring that the client’s security needs are met with a robust installation without ever forgetting that this is a home where he wants to feel relaxed away from the public eye.  As a result, we have devised an installation that’s tailored to the needs of the property and client involved, while remaining low key and suitable for a domestic property.”
