UBM Live has announced details of the Security and Fire Installer Live programme, a dedicated installer offering to run in conjunction with IFSEC and FIREX International 2014.
The event is an expansion of the IFSEC Installer event programme and takes place from June 17-19 2014, as part of IFSEC and FIREX International’s move to London’s ExCel Centre from next year.
Security and Fire Installer Live is a dedicated series for installers and integrators, allowing opportunities for attendees to interact with the latest product solutions, network with industry professionals and access workforce education.
The event features several key components, including a ‘Meet the Buyer’ programme where installers can connect with active buyers and professionals. Support will also be provided to secure tenders and live projects.
A ‘Plug and Play’ zone allows visitors to receive live product demonstrations, while dedicated education and training will be available to help attendees keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.
For 2014 there is also an IFSEC Installer Club that features several key benefits, including specialised training sessions from leading companies and 1-2-1 business coaching sessions. In addition, 1,500 installers are predicted to come together for the Security and Fire Installer Live Annual Networking Event.
Charlie Cracknell, Event Director at IFSEC International, predicted the Security and Fire Installer Live programme will “deliver effective solutions that the market needs” and build upon IFSEC’s 40-year heritage.
He added: “Over 70 per cent of IFSEC and FIREX’s 39,000 annual audience is made up of installers and integrators, totalling thousands of active and engaged security and fire professionals.
“As a vital link in the security buying chain, the IFSEC and FIREX International teams continuously engage with the market and leading industry partners building an in-depth understanding of what installers and integrators really want and need to help run their business. “
