Our first day of Security Buyer Live opens with a session delivered by Jean Fang, Product Manager at FIME Biometrics, who provides insight into the increasing popularity of biometric technology and its integration into the physical security market. Later in the day you can tune in to Rebecca Spayne, Managing Editor of Security Buyer’s exclusive interview with Charles “Chuck” Andrews, Founder of Friends of Chuck. With Chuck’s extensive 40-year background in law enforcement and security, and transition to award-winning influencer title, the session will explore how YOU can build your own network to further your career and help instigate change in the industry using your platform.
Diversity, Equality, Equity and Inclusion have become major themes in the security industry, and for good reason. This is also a passion of our Managing Editor who has carefully curated the conference agenda. Because of this our Keynote Panel Discussion focuses on Women in Security: Shifting the dial on gender balance. The panel will be hosted by Pauline Norstrom, CEO of Anekanta Consulting and Advisory Board Member for the British Security Industry Association. Pauline is joined by four other iconic women covering cyber, physical security, security management and intelligence, including Antoinette King, Founder of Credo Cyber Consulting LLC and Board Member of Security Industry Association (SIA), Christina Alexandropoulou Alexander, MBA, PMP, No.1 IFSEC Influencer and Security Manager of Philip Morris International, and policing and intelligence veteran Julie Nel, Founder and CEO of B4Secure.
