Hikvision announces new toll free UK technical support line

Hikvision, the world’s leading supplier of video surveillance products and solutions, today announced the establishment of a new toll-free UK support hotline in order to provide the best technical support to the customers in the UK market. Customers can now call between the hours of 8AM and 4:30PM five days a week to receive instant and professional technical support from Hikvision.

A dedicated team of professional technical support engineers with expertise in video surveillance will provide solutions to problems being reported over the hotline. Customers can benefit from timely support during UK working hours, and no longer need to worry about getting problems solved in time when they are on-site installing Hikvision’s products.

“We consider this as an important step in better serving our UK customers.” explained Tony Yang, General Manager for the Hikvision UK market. “This is our commitment to provide not just the professional products, but also the added value and professional services to the market. And we will continue to strive to improve and enhance our service to our partners and customers.”
