The BETT event provides solutions by enabling educators to touch and test resources and debate ideas with biometric fingerprint readers looking set to take the centre stage this year. The ievo Ltd readers will be on display in full working set up in order for educators to see the true value of the product.
There have been many myths about biometric readers in the media that the ievo reader aims to set straight.
Ievo Ltd have stated that the most frequent worry they hear regarding security is over privacy protection. “Does the reader hold all members fingerprints and store these within the device.” Ievo can confirm that this is not true when concerning their reader. “This reader functions by using the fingerprint to generate a unique code to identify the individual. This code is also help within a separate board located within the building.”
Biostore Ltd who will be showcasing the fingerprint readers have already had extremely successful installs including Westgate Hill Primary School and Southfields Community College.
Shaun Oakes, Managing Director of ievo commented “We are delighted that our products will be showcased at this event. We have seen an increase in demand for our readers within the educational sector and we look forward to the new projects this event will present.”
The BETT event will run from the 30th January until the 2nd February. Biostore are looking forward to the event and will be located at stand B147 welcoming all visitors and questions.
