Vincenzo Roberti announces his departure from Sicura Systems

Managing Director and co-founder of Sicura has announced he is to leave the company

Vincenzo Roberti, Managing Director and co-founder of Sicura Systems has announced he is to leave the company. Vincenzo formed Sicura Systems in 2005 and has steered it into becoming a leading software developer and installer of mission critical security infrastructures. Its impressive set of clients traverse a range of sectors, such as motorsport, the FIA (formula 1); Utilities; Transportation; Government high security and many more.

Sicura Systems was acquired in 2013 by Access Control Technology (ACT), a Dublin based manufacturer of access control products and since then the management teams of both companies have been working together on the integration of Sicura into the ACT group.

Vincenzo commented about his departure: “ I am deeply saddened to leave Sicura Systems due to my long personal involvement in it. However, I feel now is the time for me to move on and explore new challenges, not only within security but also the media sector where I started my career. I am also keen to develop my mentoring role within the start up technology sector. I would like to take the opportunity to thank our partners and clients that have supported our company and inspired us in developing one of the best products in the market.”
