An excellent new geolocalisation feature will be on show at the APS trade show in Paris next week.
Some of our staff will be equipped with Iphones in the exhibition hall and their movements will be tracked using the AppVision Building Manager. I have seen the trials and it looks pretty useful.
A map of the hall is integrated into the GUI and each phone is represented by a dynamic icon. As the person holding the phone moves around the GPS coordinates are transmitted to AppVision and represented graphically on the map. So there will be no slacking off at this show then!!
