Topics Include Threat Management, Role of CSO and Situational Awareness at WTC

Quantum Secure, the leading provider of enterprise software for managing physical identity and access management is participating in the Smart Card Alliance Technology Pavilion at ISC West. Quantum Secure will showcase the ability of its software to grant/revoke physical access based on ICAM policies and workflows, along with the automation of the credentialing process with role-based physical access control.

Quantum Secure’s presence at ISC West also includes participation in several education sessions on topics such as threat management; the role of Chief Security Officers (CSOs) in driving enterprise-wide value; communicating with the IT department; and situational awareness at New York’s New World Trade Center.

President of Global Sales, Quantum Secure, participated in a panel discussion and addressed how robust identity management can be incorporated into an integrated security posture to enhance physical security and link it more tightly with other facility functions.

The Next Generation CSO: Tools and Attitude that Drive Value – Held Tuesday,
March 27. Laurie Aaron, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Quantum Secure, moderated a discussion on the Chief Security Officer’s role as a strategic business partner delivering enterprise-wide value through security.

IT Manager: Friend or Foe? – Held Tuesday, March 27.
Ms. Aaron also moderated this panel discussion on the communication gaps that often occur between physical security and IT/network management and how to overcome differences and operate as a team.

Innovative Situational Awareness at the New World Trade Center: Security Intelligence Through the Integration of Identities and Events – Held Wednesday March 28
Ms. Aaron is moderating a panel discussing the integration of physical identity and access management at the New World Trade Center. An integrated approach to identity and situational awareness site-wide significantly lowers operational costs and reduces risk.
