Ultimate Visual Solutions (UVS) Installs Video Wall

Control room video wall specialists Ultimate Visual Solutions (UVS) has installed its Lucidity video wall controller and software at the heart of a new Customer Experience Centre for Adder Technology, a global leader in the design and manufacture of connectivity solutions.

Established in 1984, Adder develops market-leading products that bring control and peace of mind to customers managing mission-critical applications, across a wide range of industries.

The purpose-built Customer Experience Centre (CXC), at Adder’s global headquarters in Cambridge, UK, marks a decisive step forward in how Adder supports customers evaluating complex technology decisions where connectivity, control and high-performance IP KVM are mission-critical.

The CXC provides a dedicated environment where customers can collaboratively explore solutions, verify compatibility, and align stakeholders through focused working sessions.

Designed to support both in-person and remote participation, the facility is open year-round and enables meaningful evaluation aligned to customer decision cycles and complements existing time-bound industry events.

It contains a state-of-the-art UVS Lucidity WBC70-W3 video wall controller with the capability to allow the display of multiple high resolution 4K@60Hz sources on the CXC video wall, alongside IP video streams, web page data and message box information, all managed via the Lucidity control software or the Lucidity touch panel, which provides fast launching of video wall layouts.

Ultimate Visual Solutions Comments

Ultimate Visual Solutions Managing Director Steve Murphy said: “The CXC has been developed in collaboration with leading technology partners such as UVS to reflect the multi-vendor environments customers operate in today.

“During a recent joint UVS/Adder live demonstration to an overseas client via Teams, the client remarked at the end that they had never had such a remarkable, detailed and visually stunning remote demonstration of technologies. “

Lucidity video wall controllers and software continue to be a popular choice for demanding control‑room environments. Its expanded range now offers increased processing power and enhanced flexibility.

It is operating in many police forces and government facilities and other government sites such as high security prisons and fire and rescue command centres.

UVS, based in the Business First – Burnley Business Centre, is led by four senior colleagues who, between them, have more than 94 years’ combined Audio Visual, Control Room and Visual Solutions experience. For further information on UVS go to www.ultimatevs.co.uk or telephone 01282 606525.
