Advancis Software & Services, manufacturer of the open Physical Security Information Management Software (PSIM) WinGuard, has acquired the Irish software company Cruatech, experts for physical security integrations solutions.
Cruatech based in Dublin/Ireland have eleven years of experience in the security industry and provide individual integration solutions in physical security to customers in all business sectors, e.g. Governmental, Finance and Data Centers. Cruatech are a software company that, in addition to their own products, offer integration services for manufacturers from all over the world. With over 250 integration modules already developed, Cruatech have extensive development experience. Cruatech will remain as an independent company and will further expand their development department in the future. Thus, they might support Advancis in the future as a “Development Partner” within the Advancis Ecosystem and develop specific interface modules for WinGuard projects.
In addition to an own PSIM solution, Cruatech’s existing product portfolio includes in particular a software solution for consolidating access control systems from different manufacturers. The logical and physical access rights associated with an employee’s role are always synchronized, e.g. only one access card is needed to log in to different subsystems. Such functionality is also often desired by PSIM customers so that Advancis can offer their customers added value here while maintaining their vendor-neutrality.
