As the programme development begins for the next ASIS Europe – From Risk to Resilience, taking place on 21-23 March 2023 in Rotterdam, NL, ASIS International has announced a new volunteer leadership team for the event.
Inge Huijbrechts, Global Senior Vice President Sustainability, Security and Corporate Communications, Radisson Hotel Group and Gavin Henderson, Regional Chief Security Officer, Mastercard will Co-Chair the conference programme which provides a vital knowledge exchange platform for both established and aspiring security leaders.
They take over the role from Eduard Emde, CPP who has been Conference Chair since 2018 and has been instrumental in the development of the event into a vital annual gathering for those facing complex and fast evolving security challenges. In recent years Emde was supported by Vice-Chair Radek Havlis, CPP and Godfried Hendriks, CPP.
ASIS International President, Malcolm Smith, CPP comments: “ASIS will forever be grateful to Eduard for his work in revamping our European flagship event – year on year we receive exceptional feedback from our delegates, sponsors and exhibitors – and that is testament to his leadership as Chair. We are excited now to welcome Inge and Gavin to lead the continued development of the event. The 2023 programme will again feature expert led sessions using a combination of interactive and presentation driven formats. The call for speakers is currently open until 31 October.
