BT Redcare has launched a new desk-based account management team to work in conjunction with the existing Surveillance and Fire & Security field sales teams.
The new team will ensure all customers are receiving the support they need. And they’ll also be supporting various BT Redcare campaigns throughout the year.
It’s an exciting development for BT Redcare and the team is already up and running, their initial focus being on supporting BT Redcare’s business in Ireland.
Manager Lynne Williams said: “To start with the team will be calling alarm installers in Ireland, introducing BT Redcare, talking to them about our products and services.”
Raj Kakar Clayton, BT Core Enterprises sales director, added: “BT Redcare launched in Ireland late last year and now has a number Alarm Receiving Centres accepting BT Redcare connections. It’s a great time for us to work closer with the installer industry, and a great opportunity for the desk based team to get their teeth into a key campaign for us.”
The earlier PR and Marketing activity in Ireland has also helped. BT Redcare is already a well established name in the Irish security industry and the new campaign is looking capitalize on this and be a great success.
