Cathexis will be attending Security Essen for the first time from 25-28 September 2018 at the Messe Essen Exhibition Centre, in the City of Essen, Germany. Cathexis will be showcasing some of its products at the event including a new software CathexisVision 2018 intended to be used for a range of markets such as retail, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, mining, education, transport, city surveillance and more.
Software features of the new products include number plate recognition and automatic failover redundancy which means the client should not experience any downtime in the event of a server recording error. This combined with a range of software integration solutions such as alarm panels, weighbridges and money counters provide an integrated system of protection.
Advanced search tools also dramatically speed up the process of viewing pre-recorded footage, while adjacent camera mapping to effectively tracks a suspect through multiple camera scenes.
Cathexis has also developed web-based hardware and license design tools to assist installers in designing the best system for their application.
