CE Security opens new National Control Centre
CE Facilities Services has opened a new 24-hour security control centre to manage the exceptional growth of the CE Security division across the UK.
The CE National Control Centre has been built to take into account CE’s global TFM strategy. The control centre is a single point of contact for all security employees, providing support for lone workers, alarm monitoring and innovative CCTV monitoring.
The Nottingham based facility is operated by a team of dedicated control room personnel around the clock. Equipped with the latest hardware and software systems designed to provide a first class service to every customer.

The National Control Centre has been built to a high specification and to be energy efficient. Combining energy efficient equipment with the building control systems is good for the environment as well as the customer.
The upgraded software platform incorporates a web portal for customers where they can view an array of information from biometric reports to recent invoices.
