Corps Security has been awarded a three-year contract with contract logistics provider Neovia Logistics following a competitive tender process.
Under the agreement, a team of 10 Corps Security officers will deliver estate security, guarding, site support and searching services at Neovia Logistics’ distribution centre near Milton Keynes. The contract will see an expansion of the site’s existing security provision, with coverage extended across multiple access points through a dedicated on-site team.
Neovia Logistics operates within a highly regulated environment and requires robust security protocols to meet strict accreditation requirements on behalf of its clients. Corps Security was selected based on its proposed account management structure, rollout plan and regional support strategy, as well as its strong approach to accessibility compliance.
The logistics provider was also impressed by Corps Security’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials, diversity, equity and inclusion commitments, and operational procedures that closely align with the specific needs of the site.
Commenting on the appointment, Mark Williams, Site Support Manager at Neovia Logistics, highlighted the importance of a strong security partner.
