Daily video highlights from Intersec 2016

SecurityMiddleEast shares the highlights from day one, two and three from Intersec 2016, Dubai – talking to exhibitors and viewing the most innovative security products on display at the world’s leading trade fair for Security, Safety and Fire Protection.

Intersec 2016 – Day 1
Intersec 2016 was opened by His Royal Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. His Highness took time to discuss developments and engage with many of the exhibitors from all areas of the show. One of the largest areas of growth is fire and rescue, with a highlight the new remote controlled firefighting capability from TANKCO. We also talk to Harri Rantanen, Regional Managing Director of Teleste, who were appearing at Intersec for the first time.

Intersec 2016 – Day 2
The second day of Intersec 2016 saw continued innovation on display, with Veracity’s patented storage system, COLDSTORE, proving particularly popular. We also take a look at NAFFCO’s unique firefighting vehicle and the Martin Aircraft Company’s Jetpack, which was arguably the most novel machine on display.

Intersec 2016 – Day 3
The third and final day of Intersec 2016 saw the launch of the Range Rover Sentinel, the most armoured vehicle Range Rover have made to date. We also take a look at Dedrone, the company countering the the threat caused by the the proliferation of drones with Dedrone, a multi-sensor camera and acoustic sensing system.
