ISE 2026 in Barcelona proved to be a resounding success for DoorBird. At its highly frequented booth, the Berlin-based company showcased its IP-based door communication solutions for sophisticated residential and commercial projects. The focus was on the D31x series IP video door intercoms featuring integrated 5G cellular technology, as well as new integrations into smart home and building automation systems.
D31TDV 5G and D31TDH 5G
The D31TDV 5G and D31TDH 5G models are designed for buildings with up to 3,000 units. Thanks to 5G connectivity, they enable wireless networking, offering maximum flexibility for installation and retrofitting – a true world first that attracted considerable attention. Digital nameplates with remote labeling capabilities also celebrated their premiere, allowing centralized and convenient updates of resident or company names – a significant efficiency gain, particularly for larger properties.
The latest integrations also drew strong interest. DoorBird has recently achieved seamless integration with Crestron Home, one of the leading smart home platforms. Visitors were able to experience the integration live at the booth and witness the smooth system interaction firsthand.
Beyond its own presence, DoorBird achieved outstanding visibility throughout the exhibition. Numerous partners, including Zennio, Crestron, ekey, Ava, and Eelectron, showcased DoorBird solutions at their own booths, underscoring the high level of compatibility and relevance of DoorBird products within the professional integration market.
ISE 2026 further strengthened its position as the world’s leading trade show for system integration and AV technologies. With 101,000 m² of exhibition space (+9.7%), more than 1,750 exhibitors (+8%), and an 8% increase in visitors compared to the previous year, the event once again set new benchmarks.
