Entatech UK has opened the new warehouse expansion at their Head Office in Telford, Shropshire, which has provided the distributor with an extra 3,000 pallet spaces.
Jon Atherton, Entatech Director, said: “We’re extremely pleased to have the new section of our warehouse up and running. As part of our on-going growth plans, we’re securing agreements with more vendors every year, therefore greatly increasing our product portfolio. With more pallet spaces we will not only be able to allocate for these products, but will also be able to run a more efficient warehouse, increasing the customer service we provide. We’ve taken on more warehouse staff over the past few months and I’m confident this will become a fruitful investment for Entatech in the long run.”
Richard Morris, Entatech Warehouse Manager, added: “Over the past 2 years we have doubled the amount of online orders we receive on a daily basis. This growth reflects just how much we needed the additional space for storing and picking the extra products. With online sales continuing to increase in 2013, this extra space will be quickly maximised’.
Entatech currently distribute over 75 vendors with a collective portfolio of over 9,500 products, which are listed on Entatech’s e-commerce website, Entaonline.com. New products are added to the website each week as the distributor actively works towards providing its resellers with products that cater to the trends in today’s market. This recent expansion will ensure that there is a facility in which to continue to increase the breadth of products Entatech offer. Mostly recently Entatech has secured agreements with ADATA and gaming vendors Spire, Mionix and be quiet!
The opening of Entatech’s warehouse expansion follows the launch of the company’s new office, Entatech South, in Leatherhead. The new office, which opened for business in June, is currently being flanked by five IT sales managers; Dominic Hoskins, Stewart Honeywill, David Smith, Dritan Smith and Oliver Moorby.
