G4S Secure Solutions UK, an Allied Universal company, has announced the acquisition of TSS
(Total Security Services), strengthening its position as a major UK provider of security services, with
talent and market coverage.
G4S and TSS both have long and deep experience in security, strong corporate values that
complement each other, and a central focus on providing service excellence for customers.
TSS is a family owned business, with over 6,500 front line staff, providing over 11m hours of guarding
services each year to some of the UK’s largest retailers.
