Intersec 2014 set to be stronger than ever

intersec2014-1Announcements about Intersec 2014 are coming thick and fast, with more industry leaders signing up to showcase their products and services every day. Messe Frankfurt’s annual exhibition is already well established as the leading regional hub for business relations in the Middle East security industry, and yet it continues to grow.

Participation from UAE companies is set to reach record levels in 2014, with a predicted 11% increase on 2013. In addition, there will be an official Dubai SME pavilion, organised in conjunction with the Department of Economic Development, introducing 10 Dubai-based SMEs on the international stage.

However, the growing UAE presence does not detract from the fact this is an international exhibition. An army of international companies have taken stands and are preparing to unveil their latest solutions, including companies such as Winsted, AirLive, and KBC Networks; a full list of exhibitors can be found on the Intersec website here. There will also be pavilions with institutions such as the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi).

Also building on Intersec 2013 is SecurityNewsDesk. Following the success of SecurityNewsDesk TV team’s video coverage during Intersec 2013, we have once again been appointed as exclusive video provider at the 2014 exhibition.

The TV team will provide the full list of expert services that were available at Intersec 2013, including daily news reports covering each of the five product sections at Intersec (Commercial Security, Information Security, Fire & Rescue, Safety & Health and Homeland Security), but with a wider reach thanks to exciting new projects SecurityNewsDesk have in the pipeline and will be announcing at Intersec 2014.
