The FLEXIDOME multi+ 7100i is a modular multi-imager camera developed to deliver broad-area surveillance, detailed imaging and edge-based intelligence from a single installation point. Launched by IQSIGHT in July 2026, the camera combines four independent 5MP imagers to provide a total 20MP view and up to 360-degree situational awareness through one device.
Each imager incorporates a 3.2–8.1mm motorised varifocal lens, allowing individual fields of view to be positioned and adjusted according to the scene. This gives installers greater flexibility than a fixed panoramic configuration, with the four sensors able to cover different directions, distances and areas of interest.
The architecture also simplifies deployment. Four independent camera views operate through one IP address, one network connection and one VMS licence, reducing the cabling, mounting and network requirements associated with installing several separate cameras.
Modular coverage with greater detail
A defining feature of the FLEXIDOME multi+ 7100i is its modular centre mounting system. The multi-imager unit can be combined with a PTZ, panoramic or fixed camera, allowing organisations to build surveillance coverage around the requirements of an individual location.
When paired with a compatible PTZ camera, MultiGuard PTZ uses detections from the multi-imager’s analytics to direct the PTZ towards an object of interest. The multi-imager maintains the wider overview while the PTZ captures closer detail, giving operators both context and targeted imagery without manually steering between events.
HDR X technology is designed to retain detail across bright and dark areas while reducing motion artefacts, while starlight technology supports colour imaging in low-light environments. Intelligence built into the camera
The FLEXIDOME multi+ 7100i incorporates IVA Pro analytics at the edge, using deep neural network technology to detect and classify people and vehicles. IVA Pro Buildings and IVA Pro Perimeter are included, supporting applications ranging from commercial premises and campuses to critical infrastructure and perimeter protection.
Because analytics are performed within the camera, each field of view can provide actionable metadata alongside the video itself. Additional analytics options can extend the platform into applications such as traffic monitoring, person attributes and personal protective equipment detection.
With IP66 and NEMA Type 4X environmental protection, IK10 impact resistance and an operating range from -40°C to 55°C, the camera is built for demanding indoor and outdoor deployments.
Combining four independently configurable imagers, AI-enabled analytics and the option to add complementary camera technologies, FLEXIDOME multi+ 7100i provides a flexible alternative to conventional multi-camera installations while maintaining both broad situational awareness and detailed scene coverage.
