The 2025 International Security Buyer Awards opened this year’s Security Manager of the Year category with a standout result, naming Paul Chubb of the NHS Trust as its Judges’ Award winner.
As part of Security Buyer’s annual recognition programme — delivered in conjunction with the Security Buyer International Live series — the award highlights management leadership that strengthens operational resilience, workforce confidence and organisational safety at scale, with the judging panel selecting Chubb as the standout candidate for 2025.
Chubb’s achievement came from a competitive field of finalists, each acknowledged for steering complex environments with clarity and accountability. Dr. Orlando Mardner of Birmingham Commonwealth Games was shortlisted, along witj Rasheed Alzahrani of King Salman Park Foundation.
All category winners were formally announced during the live virtual ceremony on 19 November 2026.
