Suprema has secured top honours in the United States after winning two categories in the SecurityInfoWatch.com Readers’ Choice Product Awards.
The recognition sees BioEntry W3 named Best Access Control Hardware, while BioStar Air was voted Best Access Control Software – a dual result that reflects the company’s expanding influence in the North American market.
More than 2,200 industry specialists took part in this year’s vote during August and September, with each category judged entirely by the users and installers who work with these technologies every day.
Suprema’s winning device BioEntry W3 is an AI-driven facial authentication solution designed for durability, privacy protection and performance. Meanwhile, BioStar Air, described as the world’s first biometric-native cloud-based access control platform, offers a zero-server architecture and fully cloud-driven deployment for flexible scaling.
The company has been increasing its footprint in the US through appearances at major industry events – including ISC West and GSX 2025 – and by focusing on cloud-biometric solutions suited to diverse organisational needs. Interest in both products continues to grow across the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
