Exclusively at the Security, the ViDiCore GmbH will present an innovation for the retail sector – a new retail software for analyzing customer behavior and statistical evaluations.
Whether large retail chains, single stores or small corner shops – the new retail software which will be introduced at the Security at stand 521 in hall 2, is perfectly applicable in the entire retail market. With functions like customer counting, queue management, customer path-, display window- or hot spot analytics, the software acquires all relevant data to improve customer satisfaction and thus increase sales. Furthermore, it can be connected to checkout systems, weather or traffic data, which allows an even more detailed analytics. But not only a large amount of data is acquired; a statistical evaluation and graphical illustration – for example in form of a head map – takes place as well. Thus, at only one glance you see all desired information. Furthermore the software is very user friendly at a favorable price.
In addition ViDiCore shows its RIVA IP camera line focusing on high quality compact cameras, which can be perfectly used in small shops or in the home security sector. The intelligent video analytics, powered by VCA Technology, is already integrated in all cameras as a standard feature at no extra costs.
Furthermore, the stand will be supported by the ViDiCore VMS partners Cubitech, Axxon Soft and Luxriot, the technology partner Veracity and VCA Technology.
