Who’s Who Advancis

The WinGuard open PSIM Software from Advancis supports security operators in managing both alarms and daily routines

For more than 25 years Advancis has been successful on the market as a software manufacturer. Today we are one of the international market leaders for vendor-neutral Physical Security Management Systems (PSIM). Advancis’ PSIM platform WinGuard is used in numerous projects in over 70 countries and provides a truly open and scalable platform for the most diverse security developments.

In addition to its completely in-house in Frankfurt/Germany developed PSIM software WinGuard, Advancis offers the related services such as support and maintenance. This means qualified customer care and high investment protection.

Founded in 1994 in Germany as a regional software manufacturer, the company pioneered with regard to cross-domain security management. Since the early 2000s, Advancis has developed to a medium-sized company acting on a global scale with several international area representations (Abu Dhabi, Austria, Great Britain, Netherlands, Sweden). Advancis has over 100 employees worldwide and has realised 2,000 security and building management projects in different business sectors.

Working in growing development teams, entering into new regions and business sectors as well as the creation of new internal departments is only possible thanks to the commitment of competent employees. The confidence placed in them is returned by responsibility and motivation – an essential contribution to the success of Advancis. Until today, Advancis is based on the corporate principle of constant growth by developing sustainable and well-designed solutions.

Advancis’ products and services are intended to steadily set new benchmarks concerning design, function and quality. The challenge in the security industry is the responsible combination of most modern, easy to operate technology with absolute reliability. By following a consistent partner-oriented strategy, Advancis has comprehensive expertise in all industrial sectors and applications with high security requirements.

Technological development is rapidly moving forward. Systems and sensors are becoming more and more complex, and the amount of information and data to be processed is rising. In addition, the interaction between control centers and mobile devices is increasingly in demand; highly interesting new work concepts are created.

There is no doubt that integration will be at the heart of the industry’s future. To adapt products and services to these requirements and to further optimise them remains a constant challenge, with the aim to establish Advancis as the first choice worldwide in the sector of security and building technology software.
