ASSA ABLOY scoops Innovation Award

ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions, triumphed at the Black Country Chamber of Commerce Awards.

In front of a packed house at Wolverhampton Racecourse, ASSA ABLOY was presented with the Innovation Award for Yale’s keyfree and keyless smart living products.

Lee Philp, Chief Operating Officer at ASSA ABLOY, said:

With 50 billion connected devices expected to be in use by 2020, it is expected that 25% of consumers will purchase a connected security system within five years.

Keyfree is a digital door lock by Yale, which allows you to access and secure your home without the need for a key.

Yale’s Smart Living range takes the hassle out of home security, allowing users to keep an eye on their home whenever and wherever they are.
